The Style of the stay

With the launch of the "It Matters Where You Stay" campaign, Hilton properties worldwide required fresh photography and video assets to align with their new creative style, "The Style of the Stay." Hilton aimed to produce content for 100 different properties and needed a partner capable of scaling production, ensuring quick turnarounds, and maintaining creative fidelity across the campaign and individual brands.

Leading the RFP process for Genero, I successfully secured the work for 10 Tapestry Collection by Hilton properties globally. Over three months, I led a small team to develop efficient processes, selected the best creative production partners for each location, and oversaw the creative development and production from brief to final delivery.

Our partnership was a resounding success. Through seamless logistical coordination, enhanced collaboration with creative partners, and a strong working relationship with Hilton’s Internal Creative Studio, we produced a substantial portfolio of quality content: 10 hero videos, 20 cutdowns, 200+ retouched stills, and 88 social content pieces, along with all RAW assets.

Most importantly, we strengthened our partnership with Hilton by demonstrating our ability to handle complex, large-scale projects efficiently while upholding Hilton’s quality standards and brand guidelines.
